Carol Meadows
is the Resource Teacher at ACT. She monitors modifications for students with IEPs,
tracks student progress via EDLINE, midterm reports, and maintains contact with
Raleigh County high school teachers to ensure student success. She is the sponsor
of the Student Council and the National Technical Honor Society. Carol graduated
from Marshall University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She
also has Plus 30 additional hours which augment her graduate degree. She is now
serving Raleigh County in her 30th year of teaching. Carol taught at Park Middle
school before coming to ACT in 2001. Carol's son graduated from the Welding program
in 2003 and her daughter graduated from the Dental Assisting program in 2006.
She and her husband enjoy participating and supporting vererans through a local
VFW Post, enjoy weekend vacations, and love college football! Their favorite free-time
is spent with their grand-daughter.
