Charles L. Kuhn, Jr. is in his second year as counselor at ACT. He served 22 years as guidance counselor at Liberty High School before transferring to ACT. He taught English at both Liberty and Independence high schools before taking the guidance position. A lifelong resident of Raleigh County, he graduated from Shady Spring High School, received an Associate Degree from Beckley College and his teaching degree from Morris Harvey University. He holds a Master’s Degree in both administration and guidance. He enjoys working on his 15-acre farm in Saxon, near Glen Daniel, where he and his wife Rosalie live. They have three daughters and two grand-daughters.
