Dwight Hutchinson
is Placement Coordinator for ACT and manages data for secondary and adult students
for Raleigh County career and technical education programs. Prior to his current
postion, he taught information technology and community education classes for
eighteen years. A life-long resident of Beckley, he earned his accounting diploma
from Woodrow Wilson High School, Associate in Business Administration from Beckley
College, Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a concentration in Business
Education grades 9 through 12 from Concord College with student teaching experience
at Independence High School, Master's of Science in Vocational and Technical Education
with a concentration in Adult Education from Marshall University Graduate School,
plus 45 post-graduate hours. In 1973, while attending college, he was employed
with the City of Beckley. He has taught computer classes for Beckley College,
C & P Telephone, and West Virginia Tech.
